Your Journey: SOTEC's Ministerial Program
SOTEC Church strives to provide comprehensive training as well as continuing education for its Ministers. We feel that there is a strong need for well trained Ministerial leaders within our community.
Ministerial training through SOTEC is at the least a three year process and does require a one year commitment to the Church before beginning any training. The Ministerial program is designed to help the trainee explore themselves as well as provide the basis for what will become their Ministerial duties.
See the following documents below for specific information about the program as well as our expectations for our Ministerial Trainees.
