Spirit of the Earth Church Inc. Refund Policy
For Spirit of the Earth Church Inc.’s Classes, Circles, Events, or Special Events that require a minimum donation or contribution the following refund policy has been enacted.
A participant that is unable to attend a Class, Circle, Event or Special Event in which he/she has given a minimum donation or contribution must submit either a written or email statement specifying that he/or she cannot attend. This statement must be postmarked or emailed no later than 7 days before the event date to request a refund. Refund requests will be processed the following business day after receipt of request, minus a 50% deduction for handling costs.
Refund requests made after the 7 day deadline will not be refunded. Mitigating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
