Volunteer Dates for 2011
Volunteer dates and times are as listed below. All workdays take place on a Saturday unless otherwise noted. Please RSVP to the church for directions if you will be joining us. All volunteer workdays take place at Spring Ledge Farm unless otherwise listed.

SEPTEMBER
Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th: SOTEC work weekend
-wood cutting & general clean-up
-building the new stage (Sunday morning 9am at Spring Ledge Farms)
Saturday 17th: 10am Festival set-up Saturday
Wednesday 21st: Final prep for Hoodoo Festival
All volunteer staff are invited to come set-up personal campsites Wednesday and stay onsite for the duration of the festival. All final prep work will be done on Wednesday and Thursday.Thursday evening we will be having a potluck dinner with presenters, merchants, and volunteers who are onsite. Please bring a potluck dish to share.
(please note that no lunch will be provided for Wednesday and Thursday of prep- please bring your own meals/snacks)
